Microsoft recently released an updated version of the System Center management pack for SharePoint 2013 which fixes an issue related to uploading reports to a report server (SSRS).
This management pack can be used for monitoring SharePoint 2013 related events and collecting SharePoint component-specific performance counters and applies to SharePoint Foundation 2013, SharePoint Server 2013 and Project Server 2013.
As a best practice you should also import the Windows Server OS-, IIS- and SQL Server management packs the ensure a full monitoring of your SharePoint Farm.
