Calling features in Microsoft Teams
All communications features will be moved into the Microsoft Teams client. Teams will become the core communications client for Office 365 users and replaces the Skype for Business client "over time". New calling features, inbound and outbound calls to PSTN numbers, call transfer, hold, voicemail and audio conferencing will be added to Microsoft Teams.

Presentation slides from «External sharing in Office 365»
Last week I did a session at a SharePoint & Office 365 Community Switzerland Meetup (https://www.meetup.com/SharePointCommunitySchweiz/) about "External Sharing in Office 365".
External sharing in Office 365 has been revised during the last months and can be used to grant access to external users for SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams and Office 365 Groups. I'll show you what's new and what changed.

SharePoint 2016 Feature Pack 2 released with SharePoint Framework
The Feature Pack 2 for SharePoint Server 2016 is out and delivers only one new feature: The SharePoint Framework (SPFx) which originally released in February (general availability) in Office 365. The SharePoint Framework is a page and web part model that provides full support for client-side SharePoint development and easy integration with SharePoint data. It also supports the use of open source tools with REST-based APIs and provides the ability to build modern experiences and apps on SharePoint that are responsive and mobile-ready.

SharePoint 2016 Cumulative Updates: September 2017 (Feature Pack 2)
The September 2017 Cumulative Updates contains fixes and improvements for SharePoint Server 2016 but also contains the Feature Pack 2 which delivers the SharePoint Framework.

Installation instructions
- Create a SharePoint Farm Backup.
- Download all SharePoint Server packages.
- Extract the previously downloaded files with a double-click.
- Click "Continue"
- Define the path in which you would like to extract the installation binaries and click OK. Use the same destination path for the other files.
- Run the extracted EXE file as administrator.
- Accept the license terms and click "Continue".
- Repeat the previous two steps for the other EXE files in this folder.
- Apply the updates to each SharePoint server in the farm.
- As soon as the installation of the cumulative update has finished on all servers, run the SharePoint Configuration Wizard successively on each SharePoint server in the farm.
