Microsoft Most Valuable Professional for the 9th time!

I’m very happy to share that I’ve been awarded for the 9th year in a row as Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP) in the ‘Office Apps & Services’ category. After being named as Regional Director one year ago it's a big honor to be re-awarded also as Most Valuable Professional again. The two awards recognize the ambivalence of the professional transformation from a Microsoft 365 Senior Architect to a Division Manager at the 'Microsoft Partner of the Year' in Switzerland.

I am truly grateful for that kind of appreciation as a result of what I have been doing with great enthusiasm for years!

Microsoft Most Valuable Professional for the 8th time!

I’m very happy to announce that I’ve been awarded for the 8th year in a row as Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP) in the ‘Office Apps & Services’ category.

After being named as Regional Director in June, the now renewed award as Most Valuable Professional is the second honor I have received this year from Microsoft.

Awarded as Microsoft Regional Director

I am very happy and honored to have been selected into the exclusive Regional Director Program by Microsoft!

Your nomination by either a Microsoft employee or an existing Regional Director is a testament to your ongoing impact to both Microsoft and the community.

What is the Microsoft Regional Director Program about?
Regional Directors act in a non-paid advisory capacity with Microsoft. On an ongoing basis, RDs are asked to participate in scheduled strategic feedback sessions with Microsoft senior leadership teams. Because of their community leadership positions, passion, commitment to technology and business excellence, RDs have a regular outlet where they can express real-time customer and community feedback directly with Microsoft engineers and the senior leadership team (source: rd.microsoft.com).

Set any picture you like as custom background in Microsoft Teams

Microsoft is currently rolling out the Custom Background feature, which allows the background to be exchanged in a team meeting. This feature is based on the already known background blur feature.

While currently only predefined backgrounds can be selected, according to the Microsoft roadmap, it should be possible to upload and use your own backgrounds in May.
Those who cannot wait that long can already upload their own backgrounds now. Read more
